Q: How does the Buy More, Get More FREE promotion work? If I buy 5 books, do I get 2 free?
The free books are included in your cart total. Buy 4, Get 1 Free means you add 5 books to your cart and pay for 4. Buy 5, Get 2 Free means you add 7 books to your cart and pay for 5. Buy 6, Get 3 Free means you add 9 books to your cart and pay for 6. So if you buy 5 books, you receive the Buy 4 Get 1 Free tier: one of your 5 books is free. To get 2 free books, add 7 books total to your cart. The discount applies automatically at checkout on imanioliver.com. Free books apply when all books ship to the same address.

Q: Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
Yes! The Buy More, Get More Free promotion is always active and applies automatically in your cart. You can also use code IMANI10 for 10% off, which combines with the free book promotion. Plus, orders of 3 or more books always ship free.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of 3 or more books ship free automatically. Orders of 1 to 2 books ship for $5.99.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
You have a 1-hour window after checkout to edit or cancel your order. After that, print-on-demand orders are sent to production and changes aren't possible. If you need a change, email info@imanioliver.com immediately with your order number, and if your order hasn't been processed yet, I'll do everything possible to help.

Q: Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! Wholesale pricing is available for orders of 18 or more books: 40% off with free shipping included. You can mix and match any titles. This is perfect for schools, churches, libraries, museums, organizations, book clubs, and family reunions. Please contact me with your quantity and purpose for a custom quote and secure payment link.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the shipping time?
Total delivery time is approximately 5–11 business days in the United States. In-stock Word Search books typically ship within 1–2 days and arrive in 2–5 days. Fill-In Puzzle books are printed on demand: about 4 business days for printing, then 1–7 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: Why did my order arrive in two separate packages?
Some titles are stocked at my fulfillment warehouse and ship right away, while others are printed on demand just for you. When your order includes both, it arrives in two packages from two locations, sometimes a few days apart. You'll receive tracking emails for both shipments. This is completely normal!

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Standard shipping is included on all orders. If you have a special deadline like a birthday, event, or family reunion, please contact me before ordering and I'll do my best to help you meet it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, orders ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in the books, please contact me.

Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime at imanioliver.com/pages/track-your-order.

Q: My tracking number starts with 803 and doesn't work on the USPS website. Is it fake?
Not at all! Tracking numbers starting with 803 are UPS Mail Innovations shipments: UPS handles the first part of the journey, then hands off to USPS for final delivery. These numbers won't work typed directly into usps.com. Use the tracking page on my website instead, which shows the full journey.

Q: My order says delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
First, please check your front door, porch, mailbox, parcel locker, side entrances, with neighbors, and with building management if you live in an apartment. Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before the final drop-off, so it may also appear within 24–48 hours. If you still can't find it, contact me with your order number and confirm your full shipping address, and I'll make it right.

About the Books

Q: Are the puzzle books the same?
No, each book focuses on a different topic. For example, my Black Women Word Search features only Black women and their achievements, while other books celebrate different aspects of our history like inventors, musicians, or historical events. Each book offers unique content that honors Black heritage and culture.

Q: What's the difference between Word Search and Fill-In Puzzles?
The Word Search books have you finding words hidden in a letter grid: relaxing and great for unwinding. The Fill-In Puzzles work differently: you get a word list and fit each word into a crossword-style grid based on its letter count. It's more strategic, like solving a puzzle piece by piece. Both include fun facts about Black history and culture throughout. Each style is available in all five themes: Black Women, Black Men, Black History, Black Culture, and African American.

Q: Are the puzzles large print?
Yes! My paperback books feature a large 16pt font on big 8.5 x 11 inch pages for maximum readability, making them perfect for seniors or anyone who prefers comfortable reading.

Q: Are the books good for seniors?
Absolutely! The books are designed with adults and seniors in mind: large print, clear letters, and engaging themes. Many customers are retirees who enjoy them daily to stay sharp, and they're a favorite gift for parents and grandparents.

Q: How many puzzles are included?
Each paperback contains 100 themed puzzles, with solutions included at the back of the book. Every puzzle is carefully designed to provide hours of fun and learning.

Q: Do you make books for kids as well as adults?
My word search books are designed for all ages. I label them as "for adults" mainly because to get the most out of the books, readers may need to do a little research on words or topics they might not already know. This adds an educational layer that older readers especially enjoy. That said, younger readers can absolutely enjoy the puzzles too, especially with a bit of guidance or support. Many parents and teachers have told me the books make a fun way for kids to learn new vocabulary and expand their knowledge while having fun.

Returns & Replacements

Q: What is your return or refund policy?
All sales are final since every book is printed on demand just for you. Because they're custom-made, they cannot be resold.

Free Replacement Policy: I provide free replacements if your order is lost during tracked shipping, damaged, has a printing or manufacturing error, missing items, incorrect specifications, or wrong quantity. To request a replacement, please contact me or use the Live Chat within 60 days of your order date. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Customer satisfaction comes first, always.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

Q: Do you have retail store locations?
Imani Oliver™ is an online store at imanioliver.com, and the books are also available on Amazon. There are no physical retail locations at this time.

Q: Are the books available on Amazon too?
Yes, some of my books are listed on Amazon, but the full collection and the best deals are only available here on my official website, including the Buy More Get More Free promotion and free shipping on 3+ books.
