Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy for Defective Items

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 60 days of your order date. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will send you a free replacement:

  • Manufacturing defect: Printing errors, misaligned pages, or production flaws
  • Damaged during shipping: Your order arrived physically damaged
  • Wrong product: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Wrong specifications: The product specifications (size, binding, etc.) differ from your order
  • Missing items: Items from your order are missing upon delivery
  • Wrong quantity: You received a different quantity than what you ordered

To request a replacement: Contact us at info@imanioliver.com within 60 days of your order date with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or issue
  • Description of the problem

We will verify the issue and ship your free replacement promptly.

Non-Defective Items: All Sales Final

For non-defective items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each book is custom printed specifically for your order through our print-on-demand process. This made-to-order manufacturing makes it impossible to resell returned items.

1-Hour Cancellation Window

You have 1 hour after placing your order to contact us at info@imanioliver.com to cancel or modify your order before it goes to production. After this window, orders are immediately sent to our printing partner and cannot be cancelled.

Free Replacement Policy (Non-Return Issues)

We also provide free replacements without requiring a return for these shipping-related issues:

  • Lost during tracked shipping: Your tracked order was lost and cannot be delivered
  • Wrong delivery address: Your order was delivered to the wrong address (when you provided the correct address)

When Replacements Are NOT Available

We cannot provide replacements in these situations:

  • Lost untracked orders: Orders lost during shipping when untracked shipping was selected
  • Incorrect address provided: Missed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information you provided
  • Late requests: Requests made more than 60 days after your order date
  • Change of mind: You no longer want the product (non-defective)

Since we cannot accept returns for non-defective items, please:

  • Double-check your order details before completing purchase
  • Review product descriptions carefully
  • Verify your shipping address is correct and complete
  • Choose tracked shipping to protect against loss
  • Contact us with any questions before ordering
  • Remember: You have 1 hour after ordering to cancel or make changes
